When the team wishes to accelerate its progress towards agreed outcomes, it may need to go through a process of taking stock and renewal. We help the team to understand where it is, where it still needs to go and the factors that have impaired progress.
We support the team to embed a team action-learning rhythm in its work, to ensure continuous improvement. Following assessment, this can be achieved either in a 2-day workshop or in a series of 1-day workshops over time. We often recommend that the team gather the night before a workshop to assist in developing relationships.
